Lexapro withdrawals- sleep paralysis?

When I miss more than 2 doses of Lexapro, I tend to have sleep paralysis if I go back to sleep after a full night's sleep. It also gave me 'brain shivers' if I didn't take it.
Did anyone else experience something similar?

Are you on heavy doses?
Lexapro didn't do much in the first place, so I didn't have a problem coming off it, but I wasn't on a very heavy dose.

I think I'm on 10MG, but I could just be sensitive.
