i dont know if i can continue my college. my family is even in debt.
because of me, my sister is in trouble at her school because my dad can't pay for her tuition fee.
should i just die, so my family shouldnt be in debt just to pay for my needs..

im tired coming to the campus administration every semester just to get a financial dispensation.
my sister cried yesterday. she can not get the midterm exam because she has not paid the tuition.
its because of me. Being the oldest sister, my family has to sacrifice a lot of money.

should i just die so my family will be less burdened..

Do you want to say how long your degree program is, what year you are in, and what you are studying?

Your family's debts will still be there if you die, but there will be no opportunity for you to pay off the debt if you are dead.

Families are devastated by suicide. Please don't be mislead into thinking that being dead is going to help them at all.

You may want to start taking medication, at least until you no longer feel suicidal

I understand that there's a common thought out there that "if I die then the family will be less burdened by me because..." but the truth is, in nearly every case that's not true. You have the ability to help yourself in this case. If you need to put off school for a minute then do that. Work, help pay bills. Then go back to school when you can afford it again. But this isn't a reason to kill yourself. Your family needs *you*, not the money you represent.

What state are you in? I couldn't pay my tuition either, but I applied for grants and loans. You're probably just not aware of the financial aid options you have

Financial hardship is terribly stressful, but I have to agree with the others here. It's a practical problem, so it's likely to have a practical solution.

You're the oldest? How long until you finish your education? Is working through it an option? Maybe taking a reduced course load so that you can maintain a job? How about your sister, is that an option for her? Maybe she could delay a year or two to allow you to finish so that your family isn't trying to cover two student expenses at the same time? Another consideration is your earning potential. What is the likelihood of your getting a decent paying job when you graduate? The better those odds are, the more likely it will be that you will be able to afford to help ease the financial pressures.

Stay positive about this. Your education will be worth it once it's done. Any problems that you're facing right now are just temporary. Once you finish it, education lasts a lifetime.
