Wish there was a way I could ‘go’ and make it look natural as realistically there is no way out of this hell hole I am in. I have an autoimmune disease that is destroying me physically just not quickly enough....Then add ocd, ptsd, anxiety and depression and it’s quite a ‘life’ or lack thereof. It was a wonderful life just 4 short years ago and it will never be like that again so what’s the sense. I am so done...

I have researched so many times how to make suicide look like an accident and in fact have printed a report off this site - but in truth - and having experienced two suicides in my family your relative and loved ones will always know. I am so so sorry for what you are enduring - physical and mental pain is enormous - I can only offer an ear / a heart and time to listen xx
