365 things in 365 days

    read this online, and it's a very good idea!.

    this person, in an effert to feel less depressed, made a list of 365 things to do (anything at all), and then for 365 days 1 of them gets done. then in the evening, he writes them in a blog.

    good idea. has anyone else heard about it?.

    Have you got a link for it?

    sounds great in theroy like a bucket list, just for me personally anxiety would cripple me from doing those things and I would feel a bigger failure after.
