a breakthrough?

    ok, i had two chicken barmcakes this morning, and i was like shit i'm gonna put weight on! but later on i though about having a light snack, as i'm trying to get myself eating small bits throughout the day as a fight to get better from my eating problems. I had a banana and i was given the last of the ice-cream... i wasn't a bit bothered about how many calories it had in it or anything, i shocked myself to think i wasn't worried about it piling weight on me! but now god all i want to do is exercise, and get rid of the calories :dry:
    i've tried distractions but i can't refrain myself any longer!!

    Hey, well done on the eating! I can imagine it is hard for you but you're making progress and that's awesome. How are you doing today? How are things going? do you have anyone in real life you can turn to or can support you? Take care of yourself and keep up the great work. :hug:
