ok, i had two chicken barmcakes this morning, and i was like shit i'm gonna put weight on! but later on i though about having a light snack, as i'm trying to get myself eating small bits throughout the day as a fight to get better from my eating problems. I had a banana and i was given the last of the ice-cream... i wasn't a bit bothered about how many calories it had in it or anything, i shocked myself to think i wasn't worried about it piling weight on me! but now god all i want to do is exercise, and get rid of the calories :dry: i've tried distractions but i can't refrain myself any longer!!
