A little better than...

    Today is not good. It's not okay. It's not alright. :moody:

    It's a little better than yesterday though. That's all I can ask for.

    That's how I feel right now.

    Think of each day as a clean slate. Think positivity. Tomorrow is going to be better than today. Do things that you enjoy doing. Make a game out of dull tasks, sing your favorite tune. Singing always makes me feel better. Whatever you didn't like about today don't repeat tomorrow. If you can help it. Seeing we can only change ourselves I would focus on what we can change. Night.

    Seven Eleven, if you are feeling a little better, why is that? Is there anything you can find that helped you feel that way? Are you working with someone so that you can find strategies to improve how you feel? Hope today was good and that tomorrow is even better
