    Ok, not an eloquent title, let's be honest.

    So I'm hurtling between anorexia and bulimia with a LOT, and i mean a LOT, of exercise. Have gained a few pounds... could it be muscle weight? Bearing in mind I went from nearly none to absurd amounts of exercise...?

    Sorry, I'm a mess. Just need help from anybody to settle my mind a little.

    most definitely muscle weight ! be careful though, too much exercise can do more harm than good.

    You reckon? This has made my day :D I am acutely aware that I overexercise, at least I have been recently... ran 7 miles or so today, decent speed, decent resistance... plus push-ups, lunges, plank, crunches etc in the hundreds :/ not clever, I know. Sorry.
