I remember when my dad died, I had his last voicemail on my phone and I played it over and over again. I hope that dimension is there and that it will all make sense when we arrive into it one day!
That's what I did for a couple of days. I put it into a file and sent a copy to a couple of his relatives who wanted to save it too. Is that weird, I don't know, it doesn't matter.
Realized I'd become depressed this afernoon. I think it started from being so cold on the walk. I'm a fast walker, and the people I was with were going really slow. I didn't have enough layers on.
I can't let this get its grips into me. Especially not at this time of year.
Went on a run despite not feeling up to it. My pace felt crappy but the watch said I was going along slightly faster than usual.
I think I'll use some image like this the next time my sister insists I'm losing it or abnormal. I'll tell her my power is on and I don't need help. Hopefully I dont upset you and I understand what you mean!

My mom died in 1986. I notified a few of her friends. One sent me some of my mom's old letters that she had written (from the late '60's and early '70's). They are a treasure.

you're not whining. I couldn't get over bad things in my life, it took years when it shouldn't have. You're doing the best you can, and that's good compared to giving up!
