Am I just lazy?

Over the xmas break I had a good time and felt a bit of relief from depression. Now that I am back at work its hit me hard again. My GF said she has noticed that whenever I am on a holiday or break I look as though I feel really good and am great to be around. Thinking back I think she's right.

Now, I love my job, what I do and the people I work with. But whenever I go to work I just feel awful. Am I just really lazy and work makes me sad?
