Do these losses have anything to do with the pandemic? Regardless, I know that saying "I'm sorry" is stupid, but I am sorry that you have to go through this.

1 loss due to the pandemic, though uncontrolled diabetes also played a major part.
1 due to old age (she was well into ther 90s)
1 due to cardiac issues
2 due to cancer.

@Ash600 So sorry to hear of all your losses. No matter the cause, it is hard. Especially hard, for me anyway, is not having the opportunity to celebrate their lives with a memorial service. I lost two: one to cancer, one to old age.

Thanks T, but that's a bit unlikely. There's many relatives who are getting a bit on in agewise so it's only a matter of time when the sun will set for one last time on them as well.

It's like whenever my phone pings I'm thinking, "for fuck's sake, whose bought it now?"
