Starting to get anxiety attacks again. Ugggg.... Hate this....

Do you have any methods that used to help you calm down? Breathing techniques, grounding, Butterfly hugs?
Get a paper bag and breathe in and out in it. That will help the hyperventilating. Chill, try your best to relax hun, think of nice memories, watch a fun movie you like, play a calming song. Do some meditation. Do whatever you can to calm you down.
Thanks everyone - just so much going on here. I had to calm the atmosphere. So far has helped but trying my best to relax and focus on my breathing. Got the windows open too for fresh air. Hoping all goes well
