Let's share our favourite self help techniques.

There is a book called ''when panic attacks'' and it has a cd with it, it is amazing! Puts me to sleep without fail, relaxes my whole body, trouble is I have seem to misplaced the cd :( so im not sure where it is!

A while back I was able to borrow Monkey Mind: A Memoir of Anxiety by Daniel Smith from the library (in audio book form). I'm not sure it was a good self help book persay, but it certainly made me feel less alone in the struggle against Anxiety and gave me things to think about. I found a few of the stories to be triggering, so be careful.

Oh yes, also forgot. Bite by bite by Geneen Roth was interesting. I believe this is only available in Audio Book form (Local Library Had It).

I'm glad I gave it a listen. Emotional eating is a difficult subject but I enjoyed the great kindness and empathy the author used when describing the challenges.
