I recently had something drastically happen to my body and after I recovered I got an immense energy/functionality/etc boost completely caused by the happening to my body, not being manic.

This isn't boding too well with my psychosomatic BPD functions. It's been a month and a half. My mental processes have become even more efficient.

Will the weirdness go away soon since it's such a big boost to me?

Someone with actual facts please help.

If not, this site is as useless as I thought...

Well, you know, it's not because you have BPD that can't be/ can't become manic. Depends on what meds, and evolution. It can be also a manif. of BPD (effect 9 psychotic).

And this site is useful for lots of us. Your title is not even very clear...

It should be borne in mind that this place isn't a medical centre, and no members have ever said 'I have all the answers'.

I've also deleted the last two posts in the thread, due to the insults in them...

This is a suicide forum. We're here to help people who feel suicidal. We're not "useless" just because we aren't trained medical professionals.
