Google believes that the site may be dangerous is the real reason. Simply because of the 'suicide', it chooses to block the site from the search results without genuinely knowing the CONTENT of the site.
I think it would be helpful to get a lawyer to send a letter to Google about this. Maybe if Google is given a choice between fixing this problem, or being the first company in history to lose a one trillion dollar class action personal injury suit, they may be inclined to fix it.
