I completed my art course. It's something that I've neglected and that I like to do. I enjoyed interacting with others there even though at first I felt uncomfortable. These are two pieces that I worked on.

The first is contrasting color. Bird

The second is layered color and scratching on color. Plus, my silly cat's shadow looking at the picture, can you see it?

I have been paralyzed with anxiety the last 6 weeks so I have two maids coming into give my apartment a good cleaning which should improve my outlook on life. This is good news.

1. Free from medications and therapy. Feeling content and happy..
2. Finished my 4 semesters of MBA degree..
3. Made new friends..
4. Moving on with big smile on my face...

I weighed myself today and saw that I lost 10 pounds and am 2 pounds away from my goal weight!
