why can’t I get into chat? It says must be registered and log in but I am registered and logged in

You might trying clearing your cache and cookies. Sometimes these things are flaky.

Please can you post a screenshot of the login button before you click it? I can see you on the chat list so chat is working on your device. What is your device type and please send a screen shot

from that screen shot if you click the room it should take you into the room- I do not understand what login you are talking about- because if were not logged in none of that would be visible.

You still have not ever said what is actually the issue... You have sent a screenshot that can only be seen if you are in fact logged in and nothing showing that it is telling you to log in. I would be happy to assist but if you don't describe the problem or the screenshot does not show what you are describing it is nearly impossible to figure out what the issue actually is.... There is not a log-in button on the screen shot you sent- simply click on a room and would will be in chat- if something else happens when you click that room please send that screenshot...

That link is only screen shot up - which actually now reading what it is is not a screen shot is a saved pic from site....
