So.... the same girlfriend who made me feel awful a week ago cheated on me with her ex. I just feel unlovable. Who does that?? Especially after saying she hates cheating? I should've expected this. After I confronted her she just said she feels nothing about me breaking up with her so I, out of a bit of spite, blocked her on everything! I'm bitter! Worst part is she's already posting about it on social media and now I'M going to have to deal with this!! I'm so overwhelmed 
I feel like she's going to paint me as the bad guy... I knew I shouldn't have dated in high school, blegh. Just not worth it.
I'm mainly just upset because she was the main reason I hadn't relapsed in awhile. Maybe I was too dependent, but it still sucks. I'm now terrified to check my phone. This made my paranoia 10x worse.
