So, I was approved for six therapy sessions to be paid for by a wonderfully gracious group of people. I just had session number 6 last night. I have a couple options for continuing therapy on my own, but both are going to be financially harsh so I don't know if I will be able to.

While I am doing better than I was I'm already feeling like it wasn't enough and Im definitely feeling the loss.....

    So what now?

Six sessions is not a lot of time hun i wish you could get some more supports in place through your community outreach programs
Are there any church programs or community based programs groups that do not have a fee

The county health dept is an option. However the last time I was at a crisis point and called them (I made sure to tell them I was suicidal) I was put on a waiting list and it took them over six months to call me back.
