Cymbalta

Had my session, ZOOM, with psychiatrist and will be put back on Cymbalta but just 30mg once a day. Before I was on 90mg. I have another appt in 3 weeks and then another after that, in 4 weeks which should be when my meds are fully kicked in.

otherwise, my 2nd day of FMLA is uneventful. Watching movies, light exercise.

Forgot how much an appetite suppressant it was. When I was on score, I dropped about 15 pounds. I could stand to lose a few, so I’m not concerned. But day 3 and I haven’t eaten much over the past couple days.
