    If you feel your self in constantly depression and stress then i will recommend you to have the yoga exercise.Perform the religious ritual and engage your self in prayers.Its best to get rid of the stress and depression.

    I know, I am seriously thinking about becoming a monk actually. I just don't have any desires in this world.
