Here's wishing everyone a wonderful Easter regardless of your religious beliefs. Feel free to share any of the activities you engage in on this holiday.
As a kid we would color eggs, but its been a long time since I was a kid. And there was the occasional Easter basket.
As an old lady, I will be attending church.

Happy Easter!

I'm still sick so no church today although I would like to go.

Egg decorating and egg hunts were something I loved as a child. I believed the Easter bunny came to visit. Once when we were visiting relatives over Easter it is told I became so upset that the Easter bunny might not find me, that my Aunt "called" the Easter bunny on the phone to tell him where I would be. I have a tiny memory of this.

Mom always made a big Easter dinner with ham.

Happy Easter! Thanks Silly Old Bear for opening this thread and bringing back fond memories. My mother would hide eggs in the house, all over the living room. She'd have a table display of special treats and make leg of lamb. And of course an Easter basket for me and my 2 sisters, but not a lot of candy, practical things like undies, hair stuff, make-up. She was the best. Then the family meal, where we'd wait for my father to f#$ it up and ruin it in a drunken tirade. Sorry, this is true. I changed this when I had my own children.

I always want SF people as much as we can to have good days and to be able to forget about the bad ones. Have a good day today if possible: to all of us. Happy Spring-time. 🌱

I'm going to be resting my legs today after yesterday's run. Also, I might bake a raspberry cheesecake...

Thank you @Lane for the tag.

Happy Easter all.
Kids have gone to friends houses to celebrate so I am at home staying relatively quiet. Worked a little and done some cleaning but didn’t get up till late and having some sofa time.
I had a chocolate Easter Egg from my daughter.
Overall a nice quiet day.

sending love and hugs to all. *grouphug2

Thanks for tagging me. I don't celebrate Easter but it's nice to have a long weekend, though I was feeling anxious pretty much the whole time for no reason. I don't know. I feel a bit better now. I have a job interview on the 22nd and maybe that's what makes me anxious.

At an Easter gathering and as usual no one is talking to me so I’m here. The kids are outside playing with their toys having got a lot in their Easter egg hunt. Most of the people everyone is on their phones. Trying to be social and not eat and run but it’s tempting. Seems kind of empty. First time I’ve had Easter dinner with out family and I am the only one dressed up.
happy Easter everyone

Happy Easter everyone! Sorry to be getting here a couple days after it was posted, but better late than never I guess lol.

I spent Friday until yesterday (Sunday) with my sis, it was nice. She lives in such a beautiful part of the country and got to visit with her, go to the beach and do some shopping. Also, discovered a new awesome show called ā€œBest in Miniatureā€ that’s all about people making miniature things.

Thanks so much for opening this cafe @SillyOldBear and @Lane for tagging me too :) Loved reading everyone’s memories of Easter, we always had Easter egg hunts too, so fun. Usually got some small gifts like little stuffed bunnies and stuff like that.
Love the pics posted too.
