I was just wondering... is it healthy to have lost about 7kg in a month, I have been eating... not quite as much as I used to but only becasue I'm not really hungry and I've been going to the gym nearly everyday so it's probably that. I just thought about it and it seems like a lot... but it's ok right? :unsure:
