You have to keep choosing recovery, over and over and over again. You have to make that choice 5-6 times each day. You have to make that choice even when you really don’t want to. It’s not a single choice, and it’s not easy.

You will have days where you feel better, and you will have days where you want to die. Both are okay. There is no magical cure. You just need to close your eyes, and trust that the waves will pass, and soon you’ll be able to breathe again.

Evening, you right in that somedays are good and rough days you wish it never began. We all suffer with emotions that triggers sad or happy moments. You words are wish and I wish to thank you for your honest post.
