Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
It happened to me. If your job offers short/long term disability insurance - GET it. If you get too stressed inform your doctor & take your FMLA. It pays 60% of your income. You can return to work refreshed.
