hey butterfly, i think you might be burnt out with everything going on in your life, you might need time to rest and reboot. what so many people don't understand is that we are not machines we can't be 100% all the time. I always felt the same as you do all my life but after i found out i was born with ADHD and autism i learned so much about it and about myself and one of the main fooked up feeling i get is being burnt out. I mean nothing made me happy smile laugh etc i just shut down needing to be left alone and lock myself away. So much was going on in my life that i couldn't process everything like normal people so my brain goes into panic mode then shut down (burnt out). maybe try doing little things to focus on something else, write how you feel on paper not laptop or any type of tech just good old pencil and writing book. i hope i can help in any way my friend but in the mean time take deep breaths and be strong,
