Grandmother

#1
My Grandmother whom I was very close to died in 2004 when I was 14.

I still cry when I visit her grave.

At least I'm able to cry, able to express the feelings that I've held in for so long...

I am sorry your grandmother died when you were only 14. I know how devistating loss can be. I think I would cry if I went to my father's grave. I dont go there because it is in a different state. I think you are wise to see that crying is good. It honestly is.Talking about it and crying will help. I still feel sad though about my father and it has been more than 30 years. I dont think thats abnormal. But it is veyr important to properly grieve.

My grandma died almost 21 years ago, and it still really bothers me, so I know how much it can hurt. It's good that you are able to let your emotions out, because it's bad to hold it all in.
