You know how in spy films. et al., the heroine dyes her own hair and uses kitchen scissors to effortlessly chop it from long flowing locks to a cute and foxy little bob?

Hollywood is a fucking liar!

Tried it. Look like I lost a fight with a garden strimmer. FML.

Oh, yeah, it probably will be a while.

I sometimes forget about the stay at home orders/advisories. Nothing much much has changed for me, lol.

For me either, truthfully. It's really just little things that bring it home like realising if you need a hair trim there's nobody to do it but yourself. Many things are as they ever were.

I've got a funeral coming up, which was the impetus I suppose. Tiny funeral, hardly anyone there obviously due to regulations. So yeah, not like I'm having my photo taken by paparazzi or something.

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your mother.
I also tried to cut my hair recently. Not a whole lot, just took the clippers to it a bit. I'll definitely wait through the line when that opens. (next week I think!)

Yeah, I got the scissors out the try and cut mine. So far I have resisted because I know I will destroy. But eventually I will have to. *rant

Sad to hear the loss of your mother. No problems with me on the hair. I describe myself as cueball the man with no hair, that or Uncle Fester, but I shave my head.
