Having a severe crisis of faith

I am not religious whatsoever but I do have a connection to something that is more than me, that some refer to as God. It's not outside or up there giving to some and not to others but within all equally. I lost my faith over 40 years ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, but it took me 20 years to reilise this!, be gentle on yourself, give up on god by all means but don't give up on yourself, you are worth living for, no one can change the last 8 years for you or the last 8 seconds, the past is the past, we learn and grow in time, learn about ourselves and grow our feelings. Love and Light
God is a feeling - a feeling of love, peace and joy
Feelings and neither male nor female
God is not he or she
Feelings are experienced within you, by you
Feelings are created within you, by you
When you experience love, peace and joy you are at one with God, joined in creation
When you experience sadness, anger or hate you remove yourself from feeling God's presence
You create your own feelings instead of and in place of love
What do you deem more important than the love of god
Where is this getting you?
You won't meet god up in heaven when you die
You meet god within you, now, while you live
I am the light
I am the life
I am the way
I am IS you

Not up in heaven or outside waiting to be called upon to enter but inside, part of you.
You know that feeling when you feel so peaceful that nothing else matters
That's god as well
Even though the outside world is in conflict and turmoil
You can create peace within, just by choosing to. That's How powerful you are.
You know that feeling of love that overflows from your heart and makes you feel complete
That's god at its best
Love is the best feeling you can create and only you can create it, from within.
Love is not coming from the outside in. It's coming from the inside out.
