Hello people of SF, my name is Allen and I am 16 years old. 1 Year ago I was suicidal but through counseling I was able to overcome this dark time in my life. Although I still have some ups and downs, I know suicide is not the answer.
I am hoping some of the methods I used during this time can help other people too
P.S: To the makers of this site, you guys are awesome and you have many cool features, especially the "Panic" Button, GENIUS!
