Black sheep of my family....

I am currently in a phase of being complete lazy... Its like I do only what is absolutely necessary, but then it seems my power is gone. I know from the past that sport helps a lot, so does juice fasting etc. but currently I do not find the power to even to start. How to start? I know that I have to see my doctor tomorrow - but taking the bus, waiting for the return for 2,5 hours - I am tempted to do this Monday. This goes for everything - even urgent ones. I simply do not find the starting point. Any idea?

What is it that you are "tempted to do..." this Monday? Just making sure that I am reading you right. If it's just finding energy and figuring out how you can get started on things, of course, as the old saying goes "the journey begins with one step," may not apply to you here. With the fasting & the juicing, etc. Just be sure that you are being careful to maintain an adequate amount of nutrients. And not too much sugar, or fructose (not sure what kind of "juicing," we're talking about?)...

But- if / or as long as you've got a sufficient supply of savings, in terms of that which to burn, then fasting can be very helpful & beneficial, as you're just going to be burning those calories you've got stored away (or "in storage,") . . . for energy~

It is, however, more concerning if this is not the case. And especially if you are 'under.' Unless being done for religious reasons, to clense organs, etc. So you may be tired and worn out just because of that. You're deprived of nutrition. Hopefully the doctor can run some tests and help you out further, or more conclusively ("You're lacking, or deficient in these areas...") / Good Luck!

You are not lazy. Mental health issues are not your fault. "Lazy" is an overused word in the modern world, that is often applied to people suffering from poverty, mental and physical illness, and other issues. Paralysis from fear or depression is different from laziness. Lazy people still have plenty of energy to do pleasurable things like going out and socializing.

Throughout the majority of human evolution doing unnecessary things burnt calories and put us in danger so being ‘lazy’ i.e. only doing the minimum required to survive was a highly successful trait.
The reason fasting works is another quirk of evolution, you would expect that if food was short your best option would be to slow down and conserve the energy you have for as long as possible but it turns out that increasing capacity and using whatever energy is left to get out and find more food is the better strategy (assuming evolution favours better).

Definitely the first thing to do is to forgive yourself for whatever laziness you may or may not have committed. Instead of thinking about why you have to do something or how horrible the act of doing it might be try and focus on how happy you will be once the task is completed.
