Hey! No one opened the cafe! May 22, 2021

I was just walking by the cafe and noticed it wasn't opened yet!

Good thing I have keys and was able to get the place up and running!

I brought a cake to serve and of course we have coffee, tea and soft drinks as well! Maybe some milk to go with the cake?

Bleu cheese - gag me first. Except for bleu cheese I'm a dairy fiend.
How is everybody? I am going to play mini-golf and eat an ice cream which I haven't had in many months. That's dairy right? Life has been good to me lately and it's because of the promise of ice cream.

and btw, and i think @cymbele would really get a kick out of my first time blue cheese story... w/salad made by my father who considered himself a very selective gourmet chef but only on rare occasion 🤢🤮 (fortunately)

I really hate for things to ever be ignored (unless they are mean or otherwise intentionally upsetting/offensive in some way I guess...) so just wanted to not only merely "acknowledge" this, but let you know that I think that's a great idea for a theme! I will answer it anyway, hopefully others will too but if not then please know I appreciated this theme & think it's a good one

The theme I thought of is cake since you posted that wonderful pic of a cake Ineluki, here's some I like a lot Oh but first I'll answer the fave dairy products question & say some of my faves are: Ice cream, cheddar cheese, yogurt and eggs (esp. fried or boiled).

I DO have a blue cheese story.
I worked next door to a deli/restaurant many years ago and I knew the cook that worked there. I saw him on occasion at the local bar after work. One night he told a very drunken tale about how he hated bleu <edited by matt cause we don't want people to think Ineluki wants cheese that is blue> cheese and got so mad when the "stupid little old retirees" came in ordered bleu cheese bacon burgers. The next day I went in the deli and said as a joke I wanted one of those burgers. Well my friend didn't remember what he said the night before so he just went ahead and made one for me. I liked it so much I made it my regular order and just made sure to leave an extra large tip as recompense for making him have to deal with that dreaded cheese.
