HI there. I'm real late to this cause I didn't see it but I was going to mention that if you're into that kind of thing that the herbal anti anxiety is called kava kava. Frankly I've never tried it but I do understand that it's pretty good. It comes in capsules from natural food/health stores. Other people smoke it but I don't think it matters how you ingest it.

Thank you so much. Hmmm kava kava sounds extremely familiar, I think I might have tried it a couple of years ago, also tried passionflower and valerian. I don't like to mix herbal with medication as I was advised by a psychiatrist a while back not to but thanks so much for caring to reach out to me. hugs x

When my wife left, I spent the next month on the elliptical. Actually, that didn't do much for my anxiety, but I did lose 15 pounds. Then I spent the next year in Minecraft. That was much more effective at reducing the anxiety and deflecting the stress, but I also regained the 15 pounds. Apparently, a balance of the two is needed! :)
