Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to the forum.
Im here to give and get support for my depression and suicidal thoughts- I hope I can succeed at both
I'm on meds and have been for awhile but like many I go off them for some damn strange reason and well all hell breaks lose but damned if I won't do it again in a few months.
Well not sure what else to say but I am sure glad a place like this exists.
