Scared and alone. I'd had a good 3 days until today. Did something to back doing physio exercises. Thought it was just one of those things. Went to bed at 10pm as been up since 5am. Woke up at 11.55pm in absolute agony. Got up. Felt like I'd been dropped legs open on to a bike seat from a height. Truly awful pain.

Took everything available to me including naproxen and codeine. Either coincidentally or as a result I felt it go off a bit. But was sort of pain that was making me think about calling an ambulance.

I am so scared of what is happening to me. I've seen all these professionals and this is the second time their little exercises have completely messed me up.

I feel unsteady. I'm not sure if that is the correct word, but it is close.

I saw the dentist yesterday regarding the thrush. I have severe dry mouth which is making it harder to recover from the thrush. So the dentist prescribed a medicine for the dry mouth in addition to more Diflucan and nystatin (this time as a lozenge). The pharmacy had to order one of the five prescriptions I received yesterday (three from the pharmacy and two OTC).

My car is in the shop and the window which is stuck in the "down" position needs a new motor. I've approved the repair, but don't have the funds, so it will go on a credit card.

Hope to get the car back today, as I need to go to the lab for a blood draw and desperately need to go to the bank.

I'm still struggling on basic daily functioning: meds, hygiene, housework.

I feel unsteady and so very tired today.

You have entirely too much going on right now. And its not good stuff. Hope things improve soon.

You can sometimes get windows that are stuck down to go up if you pull on them while pressing the up button. It's not an ideal solution, but it can get you through if you don't have money for repairs.
