How do I private message to other people here?

Top right corner, you should see : Your Username, Inbox, Alerts, Search. Then you can "see all conversations", "start a new conversation". You can also go to a person's profile and click on "Start conversation".

If you're on your phone, these menu titles are replaced by their icons. Inbox is a little envelope.

You can also message each person as you see them on the forum by clicking on their avatar there on the left and "start conversation" also.
