How does anyone accept me like this?

I'm in college currently, so many attractive people. Appearently, I'm attractive too, I guess me growing my hair out worked. But the thing I dread is what's under my shirt. I take it off and people look in sheer worry and horror. I have pectus excavatum and very bad and permanent acne scaring all over my upper body. I thank God this site is anynomous, this is embarrassing. How could I ever be intimate with how objectively ugly I am. Maybe I should just keep my clothes on. No, there's nothing to be done thats actually feasible. I'm stuck here. I was just wondering if its possible for anyome else to ever accept these flaws.

Trust me my friend, there is no such thing as being "objectively ugly".
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" isn't just a saying, everyone has different tastes and preferences when it comes to what they find attractive in a person.

I have pectus excavatum
Is there some kind of surgical solution for this? Especially if its having such a detrimental effect on your confidence and mental health?

I had to DDG that medical term. From what I saw, it's not a big deal (to me) and certainly wouldn't make me "look in horror". I've met many different people in my life. By "different" I mean people with some kind of physical difference - from the aftereffects of pallacy (am I spelling that correctly?) through deformed spinal collumn, etc. Me being different and utterly ugly myself, I've never shunned these people for what they look like.
What I'm saying (or trying to), if I can accept people's differences without prejudice, there must be others in the world and in the place where you live. I can't be the only open minded "black sheep of society". Personally, I would accept you without hesitation (or horror) bc I'm more interested in what a person has between their ears, what their personality is and not what they look like. I surround myself with people as the ones I just described. My best friend has a form of autism, attention disorder and probably dyslexia (can't be sure about the latter) but it's a fact that we've been friends for... 22 years, if the memory serves and we're doing so well as friends that we've never even raised voice when talking to teach other.
