my psychiatrist told me he rather give me pills than me drinking alcohol

there is a pill which makes you feel the same as drunk

So, for my anxiety/depression/asperger, here what I am taking:

clonazepam, paxol, seroquel, ritalin, xanax... all by the same psychiatrist ( and I have a great insurance!)

Some for morning, some for night, some for in between

And the pharmacist yesterday told me not to take clonazepam and xanax too close in the time as it could cause an overdose

My feelings are so horrible that it takes all those pills to make me go through a day without collapsing.

I hate the world, I hate myself. I self cut, but he did not find a pill for that yet.

My question: what is thepoint to take all this.... suicide would be much easiest. :-(

I do know how you feel..I have been there and for me pills weren't the answer. The point is to be able to get on with your life and IF that means taking pills (under medical supervision of course) then maybe that's whats best for right now. I am not a medical profession so I can't speak on their behalf. Oh,and yes mixing clonazepam with xaxan can cause an OD because they are both benzodiazepines which depress the central nervous system.
