I’d like to go to heaven, but more likely to hell (depression)

#1
Hello. I recently turned 26, but I’ve been dealing with depression since my teens; I’m withdrawn and afraid of people. Work is a struggle, and I have suicidal thoughts every day—my condition just keeps getting worse, and now even getting up is hard. I’ve gradually withdrawn into myself. What do you think? Is there really no way to help anymore?

Hello and welcome to SF Fewgegewg :)

I'm sorry thing have been so bad for so long.
Is there really no way to help anymore?
There's totally ways to get better, and your chances of getting better are probably better than they are for a lot of people because you're still relatively young. I can say more about treatment methods if you'd like, but it's also ok if you're not interested.

I hope SF can help in some way.
