I don't feel adult, but my body keeps aging

#1
I wasted this practice run at life- hence my username- and there's no fucking way this is it. I know this, because I don't even feel like I'm any older a person than I was on the day I was supposed to start first grade.

But my lich, this flesh around me, is playing along with the temporal delusion around me and building a visage that is separate from my mind.

This rouses my anger. Back before first grade, I would have hoped that by the time I look like this I would be a whole new person, an adult with great knowledge and experience and acquisition like my Mom and my Dad. But instead, I am a waste, still a child, and the outside doesn't match the inside.

I can kinda relate. I'm in my late 20s and recently I've noticed a few changes in my appearance, that I look a bit older. I don't really like it because I have also recently slowly getting out of my depression that lasted for almost 10 years. I feel like the world is so unfair to me, I'm getting better but the cost is my appearance? My age? I pretty much wasted my youth because of my depression. I always try to remind myself that it's always a perfect timeline, that maybe I am meant for something good, sooner or later, that's why I had to get through all that crap.

I hope things get better for you. Hugs *hug
