All my fault, overthinking and make myself sad.
I finally post this thread, just want some help...
There's nothing to say much. Today I've already said so much. I want someone to understand me although I know it's a demanding requirement.
anxious all day, and stressed
want someone to tell me that there's a place where no one will blame me if I'm unhappy.
Thank you.

No one here will blame you for being unhappy. You can take that as a starting point and find something that makes you happy. Even fleeting. With practice it grow to the point it gives you shelter when things are difficult.

Do you know why you’re so unhappy? What actually will make you happy if talking itself isn’t enough? Do you has any plans for self-care? How do you want us to be able to understand and help you if you don’t express yourself properly though? I hope this feeling pass soon. You’re not judged here. *hug

I haven't seen your other posts Raven as I tend to only pop in every now and again. But I can tell you that nobody here will blame you for being unhappy. We gently encourage and advise how you can make things better but never blame xx

Thank you so much *hugI appreciate your replies. I know SF is a place without judgement and won't blame me if I'm unhappy but I just thought about my real life where I shouldn't say I'm unhappy or I'll be blamed.:( But I still miss my mother so much although she would blame me when I said I'm unhappy. But she's now suffering and recovering from an operation and I don't know I just wish her come back and I'll be a bit more happier with her *blub don't want to feel crazily suicidal at night.

Its totally ok to be unhappy. Dont feel obligated to always be at 100% for others. Anyone who is sincere and secure enough to be there for you in a real way will feel compassion when you are sad. People who blame you when you are unhappy have a hard time dealing with their own emotions and it shows in a lack of willingness to resonate with yours.
