Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
No need to starve. There are plenty of filling types of foods that can be tasty while not leaving a hollow feeling. I always love greens of all kinds. And always allow yourself a tasty treat from time to time as a pleasant change. You deserve to enjoy as much as possible.
