Venting I'm a terrible artist

I'm a terrible artist. I can't even spend an entire day trying to get better at drawing anatomy and the smallest details on clothing. I'm a failure. Sometimes, I wonder why I even got into illustration and character design in the first place. It's clear that I'll never be like the people who make all those games, and shows, and manga, and movies.

I think part of approaching art is your mindset towards it. Most people would say that I'm not a "good" artist, but I enjoy doing it and using colors and designs that I find fun. Having fun while drawing usually means that you'll spend more time drawing, which can help you reach your goals of realism, or whatever else you'd like to work on! It's okay to relax and just spend time drawing instead of always trying to improve and work really hard.

Something like "I cant even do push-ups for 24 hours without stopping"
Dont rush, and dont force yourself draw. Everybody has their own route of learning, you should not spend the whole day drawing or do cool things after a week like somedoby did

Our artwork is entwined with our life, and whatever we're experiencing inevitably makes its way into our works. I heard an artist say, we are less a menace to society when we stick to our creative practice. I hope you feel better soon @Ninten.
