It's not 100% and it's a constant challenge everyday, but I feel like I'm doing so much better when it comes to my depression compared to 1-3 years ago. This is a great thing, a great improvement; the brain fog is slowly disappearing, I feel the excitement of life, I can think more clearly. But I feel like I'm missing out so much. Why didn't I do this and that earlier? Why didn't I do X and Y when I was younger? Why didn't I think of A or B back then? All because of depression. I was stuck, couldn't do anything and felt so lost. Sometimes I feel like I'm running out of time. I hope I'm not.

Hey PuffyMilk

Congratulations on your betterment.
When we know better, we can make the choice to do better.

Your mindset 1-3 years ago was with lenses from your then life’s experiences and/or trauma.

You have created a new normal and your perspectives have changed. With your today’s wisdom and awareness.

And although the residue from the past is still present, you have the strength to chisel away at that boulder that was hindering you.

You know that when that boulder is massive and the chisel seems too much to bear, you can climb over it or walk around it.

I’m so happy for you!!! Keep up the progress.

Enjoy and try not to worry too much about time. You get to experience happiness anew.
