never had a big appetite, grown less over the past five or so years. seem to just be eating very little now, no longer increasingly less any more though. i don't think my health has suffered much yet, but this has been a very gradual process. my stomach has surely shrunk to some degree by now, reducing an already reduced appetite. being a vegetarian probably also contributes to an extent, it's a lot of little things that gives me so little enthusiasm for food. my health appears in no danger, making this insignificant, but it surely isn't healthy living like this in the long run, making this worrying. it's hard to care when there's no clear problem.

I think you have to do some certain changes in your daily routines and this becomes much necessary when you are got bored by this problem.

sorry i didn't quite understand what you meant  i've a stable routine to my life at the moment with good windows for eating meals in, like a lot of people, just haven't got their appetite.
