I had a sleepwalking episode where I actually hit my head and have a fracture in my skull. The doc cut my sleeping medicine in half and took me of a an anxiety medication as well when I told him this. I wasn't even on them when it happened. So how can less be the answer? When no one knows exactly what was involved, not even I. I was on these meds for months before this happened to me. I do not understand except for maybe ol doc is trying to avoid trouble for himself-like a lawsuit or something.
