Practical Advice It actually hurts.

#1
I'm not trying to be too much but it actually kind of hurts that people didn't notice I came back and nothing changed.. It really hurts that my family is still like this..

I don't understand why they're doing this to me.. why they think this is normal... it took me years to find out this wasn't normal and what they're doing to me is abusive and toxic..

It just hurts me so bad that they're doing this to me.. i just know nothing is gonna change and this is just gonna keep happening and it hurts and its getting old. i just want this to stop i want everything to stop and it wont stop and it hurts. it hurts. it really hurts so bad. I tried everything i tried police and cps but now they wont believe me and now i have nobody to turn to because they just think school is more important my my mental health.

My nan literally told me "school is more important than you going to therapy." i just stop doing shit because its just tiring. And then they resort to violence and abuse when i confront them about it and then they threaten to keep doing it again and again if i dont stop crying. and i have no video or photo proof to show the fucking authorities so i can leave but i cant. it hurts SO BAD. i just want to leave. i want to leave. i want to leave. i want to leave. i want to leave. but i cant leave and now i cant do anything.

Im almost 16 and they're still doing this they havent changed nothing changed it just got fucking worse. what the fuck do i do?!?! i cant take this shit anymore!!

Could you find a therapist on your own, independent of family? Maybe through school or a youth group or youth mental health hotline?

Sorry it is so bad right now.

I went outside today and met up with a neighbor once again, and me and her had spoke a little bit and then she mentioned if i went to in-person school. and i said no and then that sparked up a while entire talk of how my grandparents and aunt treat me... she told me it was absolutely wrong of them to keep me inside the house 24/7 and then when i turn 18 i wont know anything especially if i have borderline Asperger's syndrome. which i completely agree with. and she agreed with me that what they are doing is completely abusive. and that when we all argue and i start crying, they can all hear me and she said everyone in my areas praying for me... i ACTUALLY feel heard.. :')

She also mentioned that my grandmother didnt invite her to court at one point when the same thing happened to my mother and uncle and she said if she had invited her to court she would tell the truth about what was going on and that "she dont want her to go to court because she would speak out the truth"

I don't know whats going on with my grandparents... i think its because of how they were raised back in the day and they think thats its acceptable and normal to keep having that toxic mindset and project it onto their grandchildren. And also that makes me think that they have some type of mental condition or paranoia or something going on. Because no way in hell do they think this is normal now. Ain't NO WAY IN HELL!!

I am glad that you have someone nearby in person that you have been able to share with about what is happening. Sometimes it can be a big relief just to know that someone is listening and perhaps doing something on your behalf which I hope happens. I did and have read the other recent posts you have put up and asking for advice. I wish I had advice that may be useful, helpful and good beyond the usual comments of I hope things get better for you but it can be difficult to think of something to suggest for a person in pain and feeling alone in everything.
