It would be cool if you could only see the post in the “latest posts” and not who wrote it. Ok i can understand that it's a kind of spam protection but it's totally annoying if you write a thread often and people think you're spamming but in reality it's just normal posts. Maybe there is a better solution. Or that you can only post another post every 20 seconds

Interesting and totally appropriate. I dont have an issue with the current set up. I think if anyone is taking their time to post, i dont think it matters how many posts they write or how often. As a reader, i would just scroll through all the new posts, where I tend to look out for subject name of post as oppose to who wrote it. Though I am mindful to pick out a new post from someone new or who doesn't post often, just to make sure i haven't missed someone new or someone in distress. I tend to prioritise those over a regular poster.
