I feel like my attitude's never going to change. I am never going to change at all. I have been suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder and I need people to understand why I am acting this way. It just hurts because they also keep hurting me without understanding at all. I feel so lost. I feel like there is no hope for me. I don't know what I am doing. I don't know what to do anymore. I give up.

hey, claire. there are some very effective therapies out there these days that are shown to be very helpful for people dealing with BPD. I think the name of one of them in particular is DBT (dialectic behavior therapy, I believe) which is typically taught in a group therapy setting. these therapies also tend to be helpful for people in general. is it possible for u to get into therapy? the BPD, from what I understand, can be pretty complicated to deal with. but again, there are some therapies that can really help.

    tc, claire.
