Yes. I need to recheck with my magnesium blood test again with my endocrine, felt like its been low lately. But also, I find it even greater that its best to top it up with Vit D and calcium. Vit D has differently types of deficiencies, I'm lacking all three types Vit D. Having it all together, has at least not make my mood worse.

Hiya, i'm glad to hear that you have found these supplements helpful. It is always good to see what works for others, I may get these supplements, thanks for sharing this with us :)
I really hope you guys do some vitamins blood test with your doctors too, to see how accurate it is you have to top up. Multivitamins doesn't work for anyone.

Yep. I'm deficient in Vitamin D also. But I guess I thought it couldn't have made much of a difference, so didn't bother taking it. Probably a stupid decision, but oh well.

Vitamin D makes a massive difference. As does vitamin B - but lacking in Vit D made me depressed and lethargic and brain foggy/slow. I really recommend getting some Vitamin D in you.

Interesting. :) My Mg is more than fine. I haven't checked Zn but I take it massively every morning in my breakfast, should be fine.

Best to make a test as you could be more depressed/anxious/anything for lack of various vitamins or micronutrients.

And yes, take your vitamin D3, people who live in the north and/or stay inside a lot. ;) It affects mental health and other things, but also your immune system a lot. When you get older, your body will thank you.

Vit D really makes a BIG difference if you're deficient. I was at 8ng/ml and you're supposed to be at 50 to 100 ng/ml ish optimally. I was seeing black spots and feeling like passing out just walking into a store from the parking lot. It really can affect your fatigue and mood level.. :O i have to supplement it at 1000iu everyday.
I take Magnesium and Vit C too (gummies! :D)
