My favorite painter is Picasso. I went on some kind of school trip to an art museum in Philadelphia I believe it was and I saw a Picasso painting there. I was so enthralled with it and looked so hard and long at it that I almost had a panic attack when I finally pulled my attention away and remembered that the rest of the world existed. (I have no idea which Picasso painting it was. It was definitely something related to music, like a guitar player or a violin or something.)

Turns out this one is in Philly, but I don't remember this being the painting I stared at so long.

Thanks for the tag @JMG I've been so busy the last couple of days I missed this great theme! I'll post this anyway. I saw this painting by Monet only recently and it blew my socks off! I love the light and can almost feel the warm sun and hear the insects.
